Community Children’s Nurse – Impactful Home & School Care

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Community Children’s Nursing Team in East Berkshire, based at Upton Hospital, Slough. You will provide specialist care across homes, schools, respite settings and clinics, supporting families and working with multi-disciplinary colleagues.

The role is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract (37.5 hours/week) with flexible hours within 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.
