Aerospace Lean Team Leader

GKN Aerospace Services Limited is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive a culture of openness, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the Wing Assembly business. You will lead 10–15 operators across a 37-hour, 4-day week, delivering PSQDCC targets through Lean practices and hands-on coaching.

The role requires a proven track record in Kaizen, strong English, and the ability to develop future leaders while building effective stakeholder relationships.
