GP Practice Operations & Finance Manager

Bushloe Surgery is seeking a Practice Business Manager to oversee non-clinical operations, including finance, HR, compliance and contracts, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care.

The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects, and ensuring governance and health and safety compliance across the practice. Flexible hours, with 30–37 hours weekly, are expected.
