Mercor is seeking a Domain Expert – Pharmacy (UpToDate Lexidrug) to verify interactions, dosing, and contraindications across full medication lists and patient charts. You will ensure accuracy against current data and monograph guidance.
Candidates must have a PharmD and active license, weekly Lexidrug use, and 2+ years in inpatient/hospital settings. Specialized areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, REMS, or pregnancy risk are valued, with data-annotation experience a plus.
