Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Job Description

Temporis Legal Recruitment are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm who are looking for a new addition to their busy residential conveyancing team. This firm will consider both part and full time applications.

Applicants should be comfortable handling a caseload consisting of:

n

n
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and leases

n

• Joint venture agreements

n

• Preparation of standard information packs on re-sales 

n

• SDLT and applicable reliefs

n

• Drafting and negotiating releases and variation of restrictive covenants

n

• General sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property

n

n

Skills that the applicants must be able to demonstrate:

n

n
• Able to provide efficient and professional service to clients

n

• Demonstrate integrity and sound judgement in all decision making

n

• Willingness to engage in marketing drives when necessary

n
