Senior Business Systems Analyst – CRM

As a Senior Business Analyst in Argus’ Technology department, you will drive the CRM & ERP modernization programme by translating business needs into actionable requirements. You will collaborate with product managers and analysts to shape backlog items and ensure delivery across workstreams. The role combines hands-on system configuration, data quality oversight, and end-user coaching, with a focus on process improvement and automation. You’ll bridge business and technical teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions that support the sales cycle and enterprise software platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Argus’ business and current/target processes
• Model as-is and to-be processes, ERDs, Data Dictionaries, and data flows
• Own and communicate requirements across Product for backlog items
• Act as liaison between technical and business teams to ensure practicality
• Collaborate with Product Managers for ERP, CRM, integration, and backend services to align workstreams and value
• Draft solution options comparing out-of-the-box vs configuration approaches
• Support change management, track defects and enhancements
• Learn and assist with system configuration and write process documentation
• Drive best practices for process/workflow and understand the sales cycle impact
• Coordinate end-user training and support smooth production transition (training, UAT, go-live)

Key requirements

• Salesforce with configuration experience
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into user stories
• Experience maintaining a central backlog (e.g., JIRA)
• Understanding of complex web application architecture
• Clear, precise communication
• Strong stakeholder management across product/project lifecycles
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
