Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a healthcare support worker to join the Integrated Care Team in Wakefield and surrounding towns. You will provide patient-centered care to residents in their own homes, working with nurses and other professionals within a 24/7 service and travelling between visits.

You will support personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, repositioning, and maintaining dignity, with a focus on palliative and rehabilitation patients.
