Quality & Food Safety Leader

Ball Corporation seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality team across all shifts in a continuous operation plant. You will drive standardization, problem-solving, and process optimization to meet customer requirements and ensure food safety compliance.

You will partner with production, suppliers and cross-functional teams, manage customer specifications, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence while aligning quality goals with broader business objectives.
