Technology Manager (Multi-property) – W London

Overview

You lead technology operations for a cluster of W Hotels, ensuring standards are met and projects are delivered in collaboration with hotel leadership and vendors. You manage assets, lifecycle planning, and cybersecurity, balancing governance with hands-on IT support. In this role you’ll partner with Area IT and property teams to drive technology initiatives that enhance guest experiences. It’s a hands-on, multi-property leadership position with a meaningful impact on hospitality technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations across multiple properties
• Ensure compliance with Marriott technology, security and operational standards
• Manage technology assets, infrastructure inventories and lifecycle planning
• Coordinate vendors, service providers and technology support partners
• Deliver technology projects from planning through implementation and review
• Drive cybersecurity compliance, risk remediation and incident response activities
• Administer hotel systems, networks, servers and user support services
• Support budgeting, procurement, forecasting and capital technology planning

Key requirements

• 3–5 years of hospitality technology or IT management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience with Marriott applications including MARSHA, Opera and Sales & Catering
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity and infrastructure support
• Proven project management, stakeholder management and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Eligibility to work in the country of employment
