Senior Real Estate Counsel — UK/US-trained, Cape Town

AfriConsultancy is seeking a Senior Real Estate Counsel to lead the group’s property function from our Cape Town office. You will manage a UK-focused portfolio, draft and negotiate leases, and oversee all landlord and tenant matters. This role suits lawyers with 6–8 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, based abroad and ready to relocate to Cape Town.

The position offers hybrid work options and a market-related package; experience in hospitality/entertainment sectors is advantageous.
