Operations Manager

Operations Manager – Bournemouth – up to £55,000 per annum

Lead a busy headquarters site in Bournemouth on £45,000 to £55,000, with real authority over how it runs.You’ll own hire, service, training and project delivery, and your decisions will directly shape results.This is a high-impact Operations Manager role for someone who likes to take charge and get things moving.

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading site operations across hire, service and training, driving efficiency and tracking performance against KPIs
• Scheduling BA training and RPE fit testing to meet compliance and safety standards
• Planning and delivering client projects, including vent plans, rescue plans and vessel scoping
• Recruiting, managing and reviewing site staff and project labour to build a high-performing team
• Working with Sales and the Project Director to ensure orders and projects are delivered to client requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised site to 5S standards

As an Operations Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven operations and project management experience within construction or engineering
• Experience in the process or oil and gas industry (desirable)
• Strong leadership, with a track record of managing and developing large teams
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Confident IT skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
