Housing Stability & Tenancy Support Officer

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help clients maintain housing and avoid homelessness. You will support benefit applications, utilities, budgeting and ensuring rent payments are prioritised from hub locations across Wiltshire.

You will work in a hybrid model with offices on site and community-based work, travelling as needed. Strong empathy, resilience, and knowledge of welfare benefits are essential for success.
