Giant Lanterns: Front-of-House & Retail Hosts

RZSS is seeking team members for Edinburgh Zoo’s Giant Lanterns event to deliver first-class customer service. You will work in either retail or admissions, ensuring friendly service, clean and well-merchandised spaces, and efficient operation of tills and admissions systems.

Ideal candidates will have good grades including English and Maths, strong numerical skills, and prior cash till experience. You will contribute to a positive visitor experience and may assist in other areas as needed.
