Gateman | Colchester | £16 – 17 per hour | Full time

TSR are looking for a Traffic Marshall Gateman to start work on a busy construction site in the Colchester area starting Monday 17th August.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and plant equipment safely around the site.
• Maintain site access control, logging in/out all vehicles and visitors.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are safely guided onto and off-site.
• Communicate with site operatives and delivery drivers to coordinate movement.
• Monitor and manage the flow of traffic to prevent congestion and accidents.
• Conduct basic security checks and ensure unauthorized access is prevented.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep the gate and surrounding area clean and clear of hazards.

Hourly rate: £16.00-£17ph

Hours: 41hrs per weel

Duration: 18 months

Must have:

• CSCS card
• Traffic Marshall or Vechicle Banksman Certificate
• Right to Work
• Previous Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman experience
• References
• PPE
