Senior Business Analyst – Digital Product & CRM

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) in Bedford is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape requirements for a broad ecosystem of digital self-serve tools. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and subject matter experts to ensure CRM and CCaaS solutions meet user, policy and business needs.

You will write user stories in BDD/Gherkin, maintain traceability across the delivery lifecycle, and contribute to the BA Community of Practice while building strong stakeholder
