Overview
In this role you will advise landowners on strategic land and development matters, including sales, acquisitions, and renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with Partners and a specialist Agricultural Property team to deliver high-quality work while mentoring junior lawyers. The position blends client-facing advisory with team leadership and career development in a market-leading practice. You will work in Southampton with hybrid working and a clear path to progression.
Responsibilities
- Strategic land and development work
- Agricultural property sales and acquisitions
- Renewable energy and clean energy projects
- Acting exclusively for landowner clients
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers
- Working closely with Partners and a collaborative specialist team
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE
- Background in Commercial Property or Agricultural Property
- Experience with development or strategic land work advantageous
- Enjoy mentoring others and building strong client relationships
- Looking to establish yourself within a market-leading specialist team
