Senior Care Team Lead | Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

The role involves planning and delivering personalised care, supporting residents and families, and working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager. Ideal candidates will hold Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care (or equivalent) and work towards Level 3, with a focus on person-centred planning and dementia care.
