Michael Page is supporting a confidential organisation just outside Leicester to appoint an experienced HR Change & Organisation Design Partner to lead a major transformation and redesign teams, map the workforce, and drive consultation with stakeholders.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement new structures and ways of working, manage workforce mapping and redeployment, and guide governance through employment law considerations.
