Estate Gardener & Grounds Maintenance Specialist

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join the Estates Team, covering Rochdale, Heywood Crumpsall and surrounding areas of North Manchester. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas, on-site liaison with residents and contractors.

You will report issues such as repairs, fly-tipping and safeguarding concerns to help keep communities safe, attractive, and well cared for.
