Senior Sales Recruiter – Full-Cycle SaaS Growth (EMEA)

Figma in London is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for the sales organization and collaborate with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy. You will build pipelines, manage inbound applications, and represent our BEI commitments across the business.

In this role, you’ll partner with executives to drive high-volume searches, develop top-of-funnel strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while scaling our growing GTM teams in the EMEA region.
