Norwegian-speaking Support Advisor | Remote & 25 PTO

Ventureslab is seeking a customer-focused Advisor to join our support team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries across chat, email and phone, using keen listening to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires fluent Norwegian and English, strong problem-solving, and experience with CRM tools. You will collaborate with multiple departments, process payments, assist with KYC, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
