Hybrid Group Bid Manager & Win-Content Lead

Mecsia is looking for a Group Bid Manager to run complex bids from qualification to handover and to write content that wins. You’ll report to the Group Head of Bids and lead high‑value bids across the Group, shaping win themes and coordinating subject‑matter experts.

You’ll also write beyond bids for the website, social media and thought leadership, while building a bid library for group use. Hybrid role with occasional days in central London; salary from £60k plus 20% bonus and benefits.
