In this role you will.handle a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters for developers and investors. You will work either independently or with the team to manage a fast-paced caseload and support growth. You will handle a range of transactions from leases to purchases, contributing to a versatile property practice. Responsibilities

• Manage a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters
• Act for developers and investors across the UK on purchases and sales
• Handle lease assignments, straightforward residential files, and commercial deals
• Work independently or collaboratively to suit setup
• Support the team’s growth and adapt to a fast-paced caseload

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Organised, tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple matters
• Proven billing record and a team-focused mindset
• Remote applicants must have solid experience working unsupervised from home
