Primary Care Pharmacist: Medicines Management & Impact

A pharmacist is sought to join the primary care pharmacy team in Aberdeen City. The post covers GP practices with a hub providing remote support for annual leave and other cover.

A degree in Pharmacy and GPhC registration are essential, with a broad clinical background and strong IT and communication skills. Applicants must be able to work in any location in Aberdeen, and may be considered for part-time hours (28.8 per week).
