Front Office Team Member – Day/Night Shifts + Perks

ibis London Blackfriars, trading as Essendi UK, is seeking a receptionist to deliver high-quality guest service during check-in and check-out and throughout stays. You will manage guest accounts, protect privacy and security, and assist with reservations while actively promoting hotel facilities and upselling where appropriate.

Excellent teamwork, strong organizational skills and knowledge of Opera Cloud are preferred.
