Glyndebourne is seeking a high-caliber supervisor for our Ticketing & Membership Services team. You will lead a small supervisory group, support the Head of Ticketing & Membership Services, and act as Duty Manager for scheduled performances, ensuring safety and an outstanding patron experience.

With a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, you will maintain the highest professional standards, provide decisive leadership, and drive team success.
