DBT Team Lead — Complex Trauma Care, Hybrid

The Methodist Church in Britain seeks a Team Lead to establish and grow a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy service within Powys Adult Secondary Care Mental Health Services. You will lead a small multidisciplinary DBT team, oversee DBT groups and clients, and set up in-reach to acute wards and outreach to out-of-County placements.

The role involves a significant caseload of highly complex clients with severe trauma, and requires registration in a relevant health profession.
