Compassionate Health Care Assistant – 12h Shifts (FT/PT)

Exemplar Health Care’s Hamilton Springs care home in Pontefract is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs and help them live their best lives.

You will assist with personal care, mealtimes, health and wellbeing, social activities, and maintain care records. We offer 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a permanent basis, with induction and ongoing training and generous rewards.
