Senior Crown Prosecutor – Flexible, Impactful Public Justice

The Crown Prosecution Service is seeking a senior crown prosecutor in England and Wales to handle complex cases across magistrates’ courts, Crown Court and RASSO. You will advise police, review charging decisions, and advocate in court while upholding our Code for Crown Prosecutors.

You’ll join one of three units based on experience: magistrates’ court, Crown Court, or RASSO, with a four-month induction and opportunities for progression into legal management roles.
