Resident Liaison & Customer Experience Officer

Mears Group is recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer in Peterborough. You will link residents, the Council, and maintenance teams, ensuring customers are informed, supported and engaged throughout planned and reactive works. Manage enquiries, collect feedback and promote service excellence.

You will collaborate with colleagues, support social value initiatives, maintain records, and champion resident-focused delivery across the branch. A full UK driving licence is required.
