Product Design Lead — Hybrid Europe (UX/UI)

Ventula Consulting in London is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the digital customer experience across Europe, combining hands-on design with strong leadership. You will lead UX/UI initiatives with Product and Engineering, align five international markets around common UX principles, mentor designers, manage senior stakeholders and maintain high usability and visual design standards across channels.
