Retail Security Pro – Protect & Assist Customers

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, colleagues and stock in a busy shopping environment. You will be a visible deterrent to crime, provide excellent customer service and respond effectively to incidents, while maintaining a calm, professional presence across varied day and weekend shifts.

This role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor license, strong observation, clear reporting, and the ability to de‑escalate situations.
