Real Estate Finance Lead — Hybrid, Costs & Budgets

Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager in London to lead a team of Analysts and partner with the Head of Portfolio Operations. You will provide commercial insight across operating costs and drive cost governance in a real estate environment.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will own the annual cost budget, develop a three-year cost plan, and build dashboards for run-rates, risks and opportunities. Hybrid working is offered.
