Frontline Customer Service Advisor

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking a permanent Customer Service Officer to join our busy telephony and front-facing service team. You will confidently assist people at all levels, provide accurate information, and process requests efficiently in person or by phone.

The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A Level 1 Disclosure Check is required and proof of right to work in the UK will be verified before employment starts.
