Aftersales Advisor – Parts & Service (Customer Focused)

Sudbury Ford is seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our service team. The role is 42 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with Saturday on rota 8am-12pm.

Salary is £29,000 to £32,000 basic plus bonus, depending on experience. You will liaise with customers via telephone and digital channels to arrange services, MOTs and repairs, and contribute to the Parts team by ensuring that orders are processed promptly and stock is managed efficiently.
