The Glee Club Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to shape and support all aspects of our live event operation. As a keyholder and line manager to the Heads of bar, floor, kitchen, box office and technical departments, you will manage events day-to-day, ensure safety, and drive revenue targets.
We’re looking for a candidate with supervisory experience in a live entertainment venue or bar/restaurant, who can lead teams, problem-solve under pressure and deliver outstanding guest
