Hotel Gotham Bristol is preparing to open its iconic rooftop bar and you will lead the pre-opening team to deliver five-star cocktail experiences. You’ll recruit, train and mentor a high-performing rooftop bar squad, establishing standards, SOPs and exceptional service from day one.
You will champion beverage knowledge, menu development and brand culture while ensuring compliance, cleanliness and seamless operations in a luxurious setting in Bristol.
