House Leader – Trauma-Informed Children’s Home

SuperCare operates a 24/7 Ofsted registered children’s residential home in Eastbourne and seeks an experienced House Leader to manage shifts, safeguard on shift, and maintain high standards of care. You will lead carers and support a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment.

We require resilience, strong leadership and excellent communication, with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential) and willingness to pursue Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
