Regional Major Loss Manager – Property Claims

Aviva’s Major Loss team is expanding in the region, and you’ll lead a team of Major Loss Field Adjusters handling domestic property claims from £50,000 to £250,000, delivering expertise, accuracy and compassion.

You’ll oversee all operational and technical elements, drive quality, estimating, cost control and customer service, while coaching and developing your team and collaborating with Claims to improve processes across the region.
