Compassionate Social Care Worker (Flexible Hours)

Shetland Islands Council is seeking Entry Grade Social Care Workers for Newcraigielea, Lerwick. You will provide direct support to individuals with learning disability or autism, helping them live independently and engage in meaningful activities with kindness and respect.

We value personal values and attitude; PVG/SSSC registration will be required. Duties include personal care, daily living support, and teamwork to ensure safety and dignity in all actions.
