Children’s Home Manager — Lead & Transform Young Lives

Esland Care in Sandy, Bedfordshire, is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead one of our nurturing EBD homes for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex needs. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and based on site.

You will drive high standards of care, staff development, and safe, loving environments, with a competitive salary up to £55,000 DOE plus a bonus of up to £8,500. Benefits include 28 days leave, birthday day off, pension, and car scheme.
