Prime Central London Lettings Portfolio Manager

Dove & Hawk is seeking a Lettings Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential leases in Central London. The role reports to the lettings team and requires ARLA qualification, strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, and a proactive, client-facing approach.

You will manage day-to-day tenancy operations for around 300 leases, coordinate valuations, drafting tenancy agreements, and handle rent reviews and compliance while maintaining accurate data for monthly reporting.
