As a Warehouse Supervisor, youll coordinate daily warehouse activity, guide the team and keep goods moving safely and efficiently. Youll oversee materials handling, logistics, and shipping and receiving, while maintaining accurate stock and system records.

Responsibilities

• Organise incoming and outgoing goods, allocate tasks and monitor workflow across warehouse operations.
• Support and coach team members, reinforcing safe materials handling and appropriate heavy lifting practices.
• Use the warehouse management system, including AS400 where applicable, to track stock and resolve record discrepancies.
• Review processes, coordinate with 3PL partners and address equipment issues using practical mechanical knowledge. Your impact: accurate coordination helps colleagues locate stock and fulfil orders reliably.

Essential

• You must have at minimum of 2 years supervision experience working in a fast-paced Pick, Pack and Dispatch function.
• A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
• Target driven to help the warehouse achieve their business plans/priorities and be focused on continuous improvement.
• Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
• Hold a current counterbalance forklift truck licence.
• Be flexible to stay over and above normal working shift pattern to accommodate late collections.
• Have excellent PC and excel skills.
