Service Advisor: Customer Care & Vehicle Health Upsell

Evans Halshaw Ford Ashton is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to sit between customers and the workshop, ensuring each visit is seamless, transparent and stress-free. You will drive aftersales revenue through Health Checks, service plan sales and value-added products while delivering outstanding customer care.

You’ll work with our team to build trust, upsell where appropriate, and manage service appointments, courtesy cars and follow-ups.
