Fitting Specialist: Fashion Alterations & Customer Care

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Fashion Fitter to provide professional fittings for menswear and womenswear, supporting sales teams with expertise and offering basic alterations when needed. All alterations are charged at the point of sale, and you’ll help the Tailoring team set realistic timelines.

This on-site role requires strong customer service, ability to build relationships, and comfort using systems to upload information.
