NEW Permanent Architect position available based in Belfast, This Role is with a long standing architectural practice, The role is a full time role with flexible working patterns offered. Salary being offered is up to 50k, however Salary is Negotiable based on experience.
The position offers a variety of opportunities for career development and due to an expanding portfolio of design led projects throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. The Role is based in a Belfast studio, working on Cultural, Community, Health, and Education projects.
Candidates must have a proven competency in the design and delivery of highquality architectural projects, Production of detailed Construction Drawing (BIM) and Specification (NBS) Packages and Contract Administration of Completed Projects at Construction Stage.
What We Need From You
– ARB or RIAI Registered Architect
– Demonstrated architectural design skills
– Demonstration of experience and technical ability at RIBA Stage 4 and 5.
– UK/EU Driving Licence
