REF NQ-1 Lawyer – US Firm

A rare opportunity has arisen for a junior Banking lawyer to join a highly regarded US Law firm in their Real Estate Finance practice in London. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established team known for its technical strength, cross-border capability, and consistent involvement in complex, high-value transactions.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will:

• Be an England & Wales qualified solicitor (newly qualified)
• Have trained at a top tier commercial law firm
• Have completed a Finance (ideally REF) seat as part of their training contract
• Have qualified in March 2026 or is due to qualify in September 2026 (and possesses a retention offer from their current firm).
