Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner — 9-Month FTC (London)

THE·TEAM is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our London office for a 9-month FTC covering maternity leave. You will own end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, with emphasis on Music Talent and Corporate functions, from briefing to offers.

Reporting to the Director, Recruitment for EMEA and APAC, you will build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a first-class candidate experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and the Workday ATS.
