Mental Health IPS Employment Specialist

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Employment Support Service in Chesterfield & Killamarsh. You will work within a CMHT to help clients on mental health recovery access and sustain paid employment using IPS approaches.

You’ll build relationships with local employers, support clients with career planning, CVs, interview techniques, and in-work support, while ensuring integration with care and recovery plans.
