Community OT Assistant for Mental Health & Independence

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Community Mental Health Team on a 0.8 WTE fixed-term/secondment for 12 months.

You will work with Occupational Therapists to promote independent living skills, social inclusion and meaningful activity, including home and community visits, with training and CPD support. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
